The wait is always forever, they never have food in stock, and they usually get the order wrong. Today, one of the baristas was complaining about my order to a co-worker and the drive thru window was open so I heard everything. So rude.
One at Target in Huntington, the one at Huntington Mall. The one at MacCorkle over by Memorial Hospital are good. People are polite. One on Blvd in Charleston is rude, can’t make a order correct. 😡
They do not answer the phone for whatever reason. Spent 3 hrs calling to see if they had the holiday cups no one ever answered the phone.
I went to the Starbucks in corridor G last week and got the java chip and it was great. just went to the one on kanawha Blvd got two java chips and neither one had chips in them. very disappointed and wasted 11 dollars
RecommendedI went to the Starbucks today and it was a madhouse in there. Everyone working kept their cool still look friendly and managed to get everyone's drink correct. I don't know how much they make but I guarantee they deserve a raise!

not my style of coffee it tasted burnt.. would try a sandwich though.
Sucks ordered at 1021 got mine 23 mins later it was wrong then the remake was wrong finally 30 mins go by and finally get my frapp right well that’s great I have all the time in the world to wait on coffe thanks a lot
Nice friendly place to sit and relax and meet new people. Workers so friendly and drinks are the bomb. Recommend to everyone if you like to relax and enjoy the atmosphere.
