why are you guys so slow???? i sit in line for 20 minutes every time i come through.
Unless you go at 5:30 in the am service has been really slow lately.
FIX THE PARKING LOT! People who come in can't get out for the ones in the drive through line! Also... Richmond needs another Starbucks... exit 90 perhaps. It takes 30 minutes to get through the drive through of this MAIN Richmond location... only college kids visits the campus location!
I love this Starbucks! Tremendous, outstanding baristas at this location!
