Please update your closure. You’ve been closed for days. You didn’t update your site which says you’re open and you don’t answer the phone. All you’ve done is place a sign at the lot entrance apologizing for your closure. Do us all a favor and update your closure and save us all time.

Any other Starbucks is great. At this one you can not get out of the parking lot.
We waited several minutes in the drive thru. When we made it to the window the barista apologized for our wait. He was the most courteous worker we’ve encountered at a drive thru window.

The staff is so friendly and they really care about making the best drink for you!!!
I have always received excellent service from the Colby Taylor Dr. Location. But I’d like to know what’s going on with their trash? The outside trash bin is overflowing. And garbage is always stacked outside the back door. When we have high winds it blows trash everywhere.
I love this place! Coffee is always great... the atmosphere and the staff are awesome!!
