The people that work here in Summersville wv are very knowledgeable and also very professional.Renee always goes the extra mile to help people.
My sister uses this bank and she had written me a check. Not thinking anything about it, I stopped and cashed it. Unknown to me, and the teller chose to not tell me, they are charge 10 dollars to cash a check of a non-member. Craziness!
They do not return call and it takes four people to answer a simple question. Pitiful!!
