Simply awful.
We had an accepted offer on a home at 4633 N Haymeadow Street, Appleton listed by Corey Krueger. He failed to prepare his seller for the necessary steps to close the transaction. The transaction fell apart after we (the buyers) were 100% ready to close on the closing date per the contract. There has never been an explanation for why the seller didn’t prepare for closing.
