My son lived in an apartment on Huntington Ave for almost 2 years while attending college nearby. The apartment was well maintained and management was quick to address any minor concerns that arose. Michael was extremely helpful when we needed assistance with clear and prompt responses. As we were moving out, the maintenance crew checked in with us to ensure that they addressed anything that needed care before the next tenants moved in. I would recommend renting through Star Realty to anyone considering living in Boston.
I lived at 720 Bennington St for over two years, it was a wonderful place to call home! I can not say enough good things about Mike Nader and his staff everyone was kind patient and understanding. The building was quiet and the residents that I got to know were very friendly and helpful.
My partner and I lived in one of the Huntington Ave apartments for about 6 months. We had a positive experience with Star Realty! Trash removal and snow removal were always promptly taken care of, and we never saw a single roach or bug (even though our unit was on the ground floor). Went on a tour of an apartment promising free laundry and upon trying to do laundry, price for both washer and dryer went up to $3.40. Lots of details broker did not mention about the apartment. We thought the one redeeming quality could be the free laundry but no. Not very responsive about maintenance calls either.
