I lived at 720 Bennington St for over two years, it was a wonderful place to call home! I can not say enough good things about Mike Nader and his staff everyone was kind patient and understanding. The building was quiet and the residents that I got to know were very friendly and helpful.
My partner and I lived in one of the Huntington Ave apartments for about 6 months. We had a positive experience with Star Realty! Trash removal and snow removal were always promptly taken care of, and we never saw a single roach or bug (even though our unit was on the ground floor). Went on a tour of an apartment promising free laundry and upon trying to do laundry, price for both washer and dryer went up to $3.40. Lots of details broker did not mention about the apartment. We thought the one redeeming quality could be the free laundry but no. Not very responsive about maintenance calls either.
Honestly I was pleasantly surprised with how responsive Star was to my requests for maintenance issues and other requests. I received responses to email inquiries during evenings and weekends, which was above and beyond what I'd expected. The building in which I lived was nothing fancy, and was just a temporary spot, so it wasn't in the greatest shape ever, but for what it was, Star took care of my needs and was very reasonable and easy to work with. Michael Nader, their VP, was particularly helpful.
