100% Wrong – Customsound, I am not sure your motivation on this posting, but you have your facts wrong. Starpower was involved with the builder from the very start as we worked directly with them on this room prior to it being built. I was actually in that room when there were no walls and we discussed expanding the theater space. The decision was made to make it a disco. You are correct, that the builder ultimately designed and built the disco room after our discussion. Nowhere does Starpower take credit for the finish out ... read more

We enjoyed our new TV – Hi Brad We have enjoyed our new Samsung 3D TV and blue ray very much. Pandora has been awesome. After installation on Thursday we had neighbors over to see the 3D and watch the World Cup finals. They were very impressed.

Star Power is very dishonest. – 100% Fraud. Go to their website and look under case-studies “Victorian home”. They claim that they found “unused attic space along the side of the theatre”. Are you freaking kidding me??? I know for a fact that this home was built as a custom from the ground up. The disco room is and was on the original building plans. Furthermore, Star power took no part in the install of the floor, Venetian plaster, or lights. They claim they installed “under floor subwoofers”. Are you kidding again? There a... read more

Absolute Excellence in Customer Service – Starpower was so patient and so generous when their crews were installing my new television and DVS player. It took several trips and every time the crew showed up, they introduced themselves, put on blue booties to protect the carpet (without being asked) and did an excellent job. If I were “secret shopping” with Starpower, I would give them five stars out of a possible five stars. Vicki H.
