The two gentlemen were the most knowledgeable – I would like to take this opportunity to let you know about 2 outstanding technicians that you have working for you. As you know I have had a lot of technicians do work for me in the past 25 years. the two gentlemen, ( Maurice Wade Jr., and Charles Mitchell) were the most knowledgeable and professional tech's that I have ever run across. I would consider these two gentlemen as a very valuable asset to Star Power and never let them go anywhere else.

Our salesperson was the ultimate professional. His guidance, product knowledge, follow-up and attention to detail were outstanding. The installation team was simply superb; the installers did a terrific job of making sure all aspects of the installation went smooth, along with making sure that all of the pieces came together at the end of the day. Starpower is a 1st class team!

Great job and a great attitude too! – Not only did they do a great job, but they did it with a great attitude and had no problem answering every question that I had and cleaned up some of the left over problems that some of the other tech's had left behind.

Couldn't ask for more – My mother-in-law came over and couldnt believe the picture, sound and quality of everything that Starpower did for our media room. I wanted to tell her, told you so! as she was the one who kept telling me to go down the street to a chain store. Once she saw our new media room, she then knew why we were making such a big deal about Starpower! Joe G.
