We had great service from Starpower on Christmas Eve. I was very excited to hook up my new Xbox 360 to my new Starpower room, and when I started, I realized I did not know exactly how to do it. George, an associate at Starpower, took my call and walked me through it with research and options. He was patient and extremely skilled in providing direction regarding the technology. Great result during a busy time for everyone, and the family entertainment was saved! I will definitely be back!

Neat and polite – David, this morning Paul and Dale came to our home on a STARGUARD warranty call on one of our two large screen DG TV’s that we purchased from STARPOWER. They were neat, polite and certainly knowledgeable about what they were doing. It was a pleasure to meet them and they are a real asset to STARPOWER. In these days when outstanding customer service and outstanding customer relations seems to be forgotten it is so refreshing to experience what I did this morning.

Fail – Well, so I have learned that if you are not a Star, nor have Power... you are basically trash for all they care. They add on terribly unnecessary expenses if you have them over for an estimate and it is hidden in the printout so that one would not notice at all. The Star Treatment package is a joke, and I feel for anyone suckered into this. Too many of my friends have now told me great horror stories of having to hire secondary and even third party contractors to fix what they never would complete. Yeah, I will admit ... read more
