i was there for three hours with a friend, she had to wait 20 minutes to get her nails repainted that looked horrible. mine was horrible. i got a full NEW set and by the time they got done, it looked like it had been two weeks and i already needed a fill in. i left and noticed they were bumpy on top of the horrible job so i went back two days later and they drilled my skin and left sores because they were mad i came back. and now 1 week later my toe nails are purple from getting my toes done there. on top of everything, they... read more
Came here told the man I wanted powdered nails this is not the first time I have had my nails done hell I’ve been doing it for 17 years. He puts acrylic on my nails I literally argued with this man because he wanted to do gel nails so I was stuck doing gel bc the acrylic. I wanted powdered nails so now to be gel nail polish my nails are sticky as hell so no I will not be back. They always do a wonderful job, Kim is great, and the new nail techs in training have done wonderful every time they have worked on my nails!
I've only had my nails done a few times when I'm in town visiting family. The sign on the door said open to 8pm on Fridays. I got there at 645. They were closed. They were finishing checking out the last client. Unprofessional to close that early.
