Tell u “be with u in just a minute over and over again..” then you realize you’ve been waiting 45 minutes for a two minute wax.. this is the 3rd time I’ve walked out without them giving the wax..

made an appt for 11 am. waited for over an hour in chairs. no organization. took walk ins before appts. very disappointed.
Twice I went in and they don’t say how long of a wait! Be considerate if you are that behind say so .. I waited 50 minutes and then left I was a Thursday . They never seem to have enough employees

I absolutely love star nails! I used to go to Diamond nails, but they kept on screwing my nails up and now I’ve been going to Star nails ever since! They have such friendly staff, and do excellent on their nail services. I highly recommend Star Nails!!!
