Very rude. The man who did my moms nails complained about how my mom cut her nails wrong the entire time. When we were getting a pedicure, they did not put a bag into the foot tub which is very unsanitary. Also, we did French tips and they rubbed almost completely off the very next day. On top of all of this, I asked for the $30 package and they told me ok and started.Then when it was time to pay, I was told they do not have a $30 combo, even though it is advertised on their website. Loved my experience today at Star Nails in Valparaiso the staff is friendly and they were able to create my perfect Ariel inspired Mermaid nails for Disney World 🥰
Always great service & very caring!
They accommodated me at the last minute and even stayed a little late to finish our pedicures. My daughter loved the kiddie size chairs! Pedicure massage was relaxing. No negatives!
