There are more than 50 treatment chairs for our clients to relax in a nice inviting area. They charged again after groupon... the groupon clearly stated the same price as advertised. I was so confused. To top that incident they requested $20 for each massager. They were not that great with their service.... extremely disappointed. Felt ripped off abd unsatisfied😡
Even after purchasing a Groupon, we had to pay a difference because the front desk claimed we didn’t have the right Groupon for the service we had. We were also required to give a $20 tip for each so we paid $71 for the VIP couple massage then had to pay an extra $60 (altogether with tip) because they claimed the Groupon was incorrect. Maybe they need better translators...
