this place does not know customer service at all very rude and demands tip I understand giving a tip for service but 15% is good for a cheap massage why would pay 20 tip for a 20$ massage will never go bad and report to bbb stay away from here .
RecommendedJohn does an amazing massage. Just know going in that you need a $15-$20 tip or you will be given the stink eye and ugly treatment. However, understanding this upfront makes it a great place to go and still well worth the price.
so my wife and I decided to try this place out and the massage was great but the haggling for tips is absolutely ridiculous. we went twice and the first time they didnt complain about my 10 dollar tip to each masseuse. the second time we go and again we are both satisfied with the service provided. when the cashier took my payment and asked if I would like to tip the masseuses, I said yes 10 dollars each, and the masseuse started complaining and pointing at the sign that says 10-20 dollar tips recommended. so I'm like wtf???... read more
I heard good things about this place so I tried it out. My mom booked me an online appointment for 90 minutes. I got there and the receptionist asked what I was in for. I told her the 90 minutes... She insisted my massage was 60 minutes even though I knew it was 90. I still went anyways. The lady massaging me was super nice and good at what she does. Overall, the massage was great. You should not smoke a cigarette and then perform a massage, so gross. Lotion is used instead of oil which makes for a very unimpressive experience. Our 90 minute massage turned into a 60 minute massage of that they kept leaving for 5 minutes at a time. They chased me to the car and demanded more money for their tip after I only left them $10 each since well it sucked and was only about 45 minutes of pure torture.
