I bought a Jeep Cherokee last week. I love the car! With that said, my experience with the sales department was horrible. I was going to go out of town to buy my vehicle, but the owner and his wife are great people, and support a lot of local business. I actually sat at a desk for over two hours without being spoken to while the staff had a 401K meeting. I'm sad to say it, but this was just a small part of my horrible experience. This dealership is top notch I was treated very well from the first phone call to the signing of the paperwork for the 2016 Dodge Dart that is now part of the family, once again many thanks to their awesome staff. This customer is very satisfied with their professionalism, and will recommend them to anyone, far as I am concerned they have earned 10 * from me.
Great dealership for purchasing a vehicle. Would recommend to anyone wanting a new vehicle.
The Star Dodge team is the best I have ever encountered. Jack Davis
This place is very nice! I've never seen a place that people are at your service as soon as you pull up! They even call you on the next business day to check on you!
Best dealership in Abilene as far as I am concerned. They have went above and beyond what I ever expected. Thank you Star Dodge.
Walked in there, they didnt even try. Walked back out. False advertisement
The service department never gets my vehicle fixed the first time. I always seem to have to take it in a minimum of 2 times until they get it right. Also, they do not comunicate to the customer exactly how long the vehicle will be in there shop. They do a lot of charity work locally, but I do not think that is a good enough reason to rate 5 stars when their service department barely rates one.
