Bought a brand-new Dodge Challenger from them assholes and the battery died while I was out of town. Car was only one year old. Girlfriend took car to them and they stated that the battery was not under warranty and wanted to $250 to replace it. Still have not heard back from the manager on this situation it has been over six months.

Appointment scheduled ahead of time which made process easier. Very friendly and accommodating staff. . Sales associate Patrick was great. Would definitely recommend him and dealership

I went to star today to try to buy a new car the salesman Rusy was not very friendly at all had me drive all the way to Abilene 70 miles from home just to get there and the car I called about wasn't even there to look at wish he would of been honest and told me the car wasn't there before I drove over there hard to make a deal on a car I couldn't even look at. Complete waste of trip!

I had a minor recall on my car. I made an appointment with the service department at 12:30pm. I dropped off my car at 12:15pm and left it until I was off of work at 5:00pm. I called at 3:30pm to check the status of my car and was informed that they were very busy and hadn't gotten to it yet. When I arrived at 5:00pm, it was first being taken back to have the recall work done. I waited in lobby until 5:30pm and went and informed service department I had to leave. I had the best experience with this Dealership! All of employees there were so nice and helpful! They definitely work hard to help you get the car/ truck you want! Thank you everyone at Star for making my sisters 16th Birthday a memorable 1! She got her dream car a Jeep Wrangler! A big thanks especially to Chris Ramos and the rest of the team at Star! So so happy with my new car! I got a brand new hyundai azera. Almost $10,000 off because of hail damage. I have never had a new car before so the staff was very good at telling me everything I needed to know as well as catering to my different form of doing paperwork. We had a bad experience with Star Dodge many years ago, so we were hesitant to shop there again. However, Chris Koontz (at Star Hyundai) worked tirelessly to help us find a car for our daughter within our budget. No high-pressure sales tactics. Chris was laid-back, friendly, and professional.
