Best car buying experience I have ever had. Found it on the web site. Filled out the finance stuff. Went in the next day and all we had to do was sign and drive. Finance manager got us a rate that was 5% lower than any other dealership had been able to get. Will definitely go back.

Lost key update. 23rd called Star Dodge parts and service "we got the part". The 25th called again "we have the part" just have your vehicle towed here and we will get it taken care of. Tow the vehicle to Star Dodge. "Oh we don't have that one, we can order it and it will be here first thing in the morning". At Star Dodge at 0815 hrs, "What is you name again, who did you speak with, we can't find your key. Oh we are really sorry we didn't order the key, but we can have it here Tuesday.
