Overall very friendly outgoing interactive people. Critically could be more organized with the process of how things work with a written syllabus. Positively they were very proactive with the process and friendly environment and worked very hard on the process of getting a loan and out of three other dealerships they worked the hardest than anyone else did and helped me. Even with negative credit they still found a way to help me get a vehicle! Had a great experience
