I love Stapleton pediatrics I have been taking my boys there for about 4 years now and they have always treated me and my boys with respect and have always been able to get my kids in with the Dr right away. My oldest son has asthma and allergies and when he gets sick Stapleton pediatrics are always trying their best to get him in right away. Dr. Nicki is the absolute best! The whole office is clean, fun and friendly. We wouldn't go anywhere else!
Just a few minutes ago I called to speak with a nurse to inquire and seek information about an issue my son is experiencing and couldn't believe how rude she was. She was very brisk and did not allow me to go into much detail and did not offer any suggestions of things I could do at home. She booked the appointment and was in a hurry to end the call. I have really loved the doctors I have come in contact with, however I have received attitudes from both the front desk staff and now this nurse.
We have been coming to Stapleton pediatrics for about 2-3yrs now and we absolutely love it! Dr Brandon is my kids primary Doc and u can tell he really cares about his patients. I switched from another pediatrician and I have seen a big difference in the overall care my children have received. We will continue to come to Dr Brandon & appreciate all the love, care and support we've received from the entire staff at Stapleton Pediatrics.
Make sure you send them your insurance card before you drive there. I spoke to the office several times, told them what type of insurance I had, and they even made a special accommodation to see my daughter for a well check on a Saturday - which they don't normally do. I drove 30 min to get there and they said they didn't take the insurance and couldn't treat my daughter unless we wanted to pay $800. Just beware.
LOVE this place...the docs take their time w you and your child--Dr Brandon, Dr Amy, Dr Rich..all the docs are amazing! We look forward to our baby's doctor appts
Love Dr Noah! The nurses and call nurses are fantastic. I drive from Castle Rock to have them care for my sweet baby. Highly recommend.
Wow. I don't know what to say. What an awful experience it's been lately coming to your facility. We've been going there for 9 years and things have really digressed. I'm going to ask for the 5th time to please have a referral to Jewish respiratory. Callback person on round #1 gave me my cell # as contact. Called back in and transferred to no mans land (4:53). Called back and got sent to voicemail...I hate to say it...but I think I'm done. We have gotten some really great care from physicians..mostly, but your staff is appal... read more
