The stupidest people in America work here. I am actually livid. I was turned away for an order that I didn’t need until tomorrow. 2 packets needed to be printed. 40-50 pages each and I wanted 50 copies. I didn’t need it until tomorrow. They told me I would tie up their printers too long. They also screwed up my recital tickets multiple times and could have taken my order today and have been kind and done my order. I won't go into full detail as its too long to write. I just wanted to give SHAWN a 5 star rating for going above and beyond and helping me with my business cards. Without a complaint and lots of patience (I'm very particular). Thank you SHAWN, you should be recognized for your hard work, and for your EXCELLENT customer service! I am so mad. I mailed a Mother's Day gift with them 8 days early. They lost my package!! They blame the Post Office and the Post Office blames them. No one will help me. I paid them - they have an obligation to help me. They said, "file a claim with the Post Office" But I don't have any proof the PO has my package. Here is it 12 days later, and they say, "We don't care because you did not buy extra insurance." I did not know they were so inept that I needed extra insurance. I will never use them again!!!!!!!!
