Awful service. Printing services are unreliable, just like the staff. Manager was ill-equipped to deal with store issues and her customers. While there for 1 hour they were unable to scan photos for a couple, unable to complete a UPS pickup for another customer and unable to print in color for me.

Horrible customer service add that the store is always hot uncomfortably so ... we took our business to Office Depot.

Worse costumer service in have ever experienced, and we live in Miami. It wasn't just to me but the "manager" or person that could do an over ride kept a costumer waiting as if it didn't matter, to do her own stuff. The print station where I was that specific manager was rude to two old ladies that did not know the technology, and at one point turned and just left the woman asking for help. The last thing that pushed me to write this is the fact that the person that was supposed to be helping me(took an eternity) was chatter... read more
