Very unprofessional! I brought my computer from here and now since the covid-19 they are refusing to even service it. I understand safety being that I’m an ER Nurse myself but due to me having three children who has to now complete their homework on the computer it’s such an inconvenience to me and my family. You would think that they would have a solution for this.Never deal with companies you can’t count on when needed the most! Lesson learned

The white skinny guy with a mustache at Costumer Service has no idea how to work in that department. The guy is super rude and has a bad attitude, I hope he finds a job that he actually likes soon.
