Day one of the installation: they didn't show up and didn't notify us until 1pm that they would need to reschedule. Not a great start....I am now worried about what will happen next. To be completely transparent, it was their subcontractor, Tree Top Solar, who failed to let us know that they were not going to show up. However, it wasn't until I overheard the tradesmen talking that I realized they were planning to install a system different from what I wanted.
