Gold Star. – I don't usually review things, but this place truly deserves a gold star. I consider myself pretty tech savvy, but when my Mac crashed and burned two months out of Applecare, I knew I needed professional help. Found my computer place – I heard about Stan's Tech Garage from a co-worker who raved about them, so when I got a virus I paid Stan and his crew a visit. They had me back up and running by the end of the day virus free. This is definitely a business where you can tell they actually care about their customers which is very cool. Great vibe about the place too. They charge a set fee and not by the hour so you know upfront exactly what it's going to cost.
This place rules. – I hate computers, I hate IT people like Al Queda hates democracy. Seriously. The Geek squad is crap. I know nothing about this tech stuff and I always avoid getting it serviced because I don't want to get screwed. Then I went to Whole Foods on Fairfax, and I stumbled on to Stan's Garage. I had my laptop on me, and I was going shopping at WF anyway, so why not? Thank God for happy little accidents like this. Stan is knowledgeable.
