This was good food. The meat was tender and juicy. However, there were no "bottom" flavors. Just hickory smoke. I like hickory, but the presence of herbs, aromatics and spices were conspicuously absent to my pallet. They had mild, hot and sweet sauce. I picked hot, it was not. Great bbq, great sauce, great service! Try the smoked meatballs, they were fantastic. We drove from Marysville to watch the Chiefs game, nice to be among other red jerseys! Being from the Midwest, this is the best KC style bbq we have found here. Generous portions. Go Chiefs!

OMG, we loved our smoked turkey breast and pulled pork! We liked the sweet BBQ sauce the best.

The only issue my family had was that we were the only ones in Chargers Jerseys at a Chiefs Restaurant!!! � They were most gracious and Thank God we left at Half Time, while the Chargers were still winning!!! The food is AMAZING!!!!
