the meats are always good and the chili was awesome.
A bit plain. Ribs were awesome. Not sure why they don't serve fries but the beans are good

Born and raised in KC. Moved to Seattle in 2017 and been looking for a decent BBQ place. Stan's did not make the cut. I ordered brisket sandwich but I don't think that's what I got. It was more like a roast than a real brisket cut. No smoke rings. Bark was tough and not tasty. Without sauce, it tasted like boiled meat. Potato salad was good but that's all. Won't be going back...
This place is second to none in Washington! And the place during football games is wild! Kansas City BBQ that is amazing. Stan the owner is a gracious host to all his guests! Great Place 5* food and 5* service!
Food, drinks and overall atmosphere is hard to beat.
