We were in town from KC and wanted to find a place to watch our beloved Chiefs. We came across Stan’s online and what a GREAT find! The bbq was delicious. The Big Daddy Plate was a good sample of everything and enough for 3-4 people to share. The staff was superb! The environment for a Chiefs game is exactly what we were hoping for. Definitely worth the Uber ride to and from downtown. Thanks Stan’s BBQ for a wonderful experience! Go Chiefs!

Best brisket and ribs I have found in the Pacific Northwest. They have Boulevard Wheat on tap. It makes downtown Issaquah smell amazing.

Best baby back ribs, potato salad and the spicy BBQ sauce made my eating experience pure perfection! I’ll be back for sure!
best KC style bbq in town
Mid-day Saturday you’d expect to have fresh brisket pulled from the smoker within the last few hours. This cut (from the flat) looked/tasted like a previous days reheated cook. Stiff and it wouldn’t pass a pull test. If you’re looking for Southern style BBQ, this isn’t the place for you. Pulled pork however was good and their sauces are tasty. As far as the sides go, the beans were good but the potato salad is run of the mill.
