As a chef and culinary student Very good brisket and pulled pork. Sausages need more flavor, more seasoning. Cumin maybe. Overall, very good food highly recommended if you want BBQ food in Washington. Must try is the "Whose Your Daddy" recommended for family;its huge portion !!
