Very disappointed in today's service. First, cleaning was scheduled from 9-12. We received a call that you were on your way around 11. I called to follow up at 12:30 because no one had showed up. I was told that the team was held up by construction and would be there 15 minutes later. They arrived at 1pm. We paid for hard wood floor cleaning for 2 rooms and an entry way/hallway.
