I have relied on Stanley Steemer for years, and they have always provided excellent service. My carpets look amamzing when they finish. Every time I call them I am certain my carpets will not get clean this time, but when they finish they look great.

Was waited one price and they tried to make me pay double. While floor was wet didnt look bad but when started to dry spots and streaks started showing. Next day looked like it had never been cleaned. Very dissatisfied.

@StanleySteamer - 3rd call to get a refund for hard wood floor cleaning and sofa steaming - both VERY disappointing! Hardwood floor looked better first week, but went back to same dirty, dingy look within 10 days. Manager came out and verified it was not a good result. Sofa deodorized - but pet stain/smell returned. Have called 3 times with no results. VERY dissatisfied.
