Very nice service people. They were courteous and friendly. They did a great job on the carpets
Horrible – The service professionals were rude and reeked of cigarette smoke. The carpets were half-cleaned, and they smeared mud on my baseboards and never bothered to clean it up. I will never use this service again.

addressed my needs – I called them to get a certain scent left behind by a dog that really should not have been on my couch. I had only tried a awter/vinegar solution and was afraid to do more than that...it is a very nice, expensive couch. The team addressed my concerns and assured a good outcome. The cushion and fabric are smelling great after a cleaning and deodorizing treatment! No complaints! Thank you!
The Stanley Steemer technicians were very professional! I highly recommend them. They not only cleaned my carpet and hardwood floors, but also my chair, loveseat, couch and ottoman. Everything looks brand new.
