It was not worth the money. I was quoted one price when I made the reservation and the price doubled when they came. On top of that, I saw not improvement after the cleaning. Do not recommend for tile and grout cleaning.

The men were on time and did a fabulous job of cleaning my floors and putting an extra shine on them.
I had Stanley Steemer clean my carpeting for the 3rd. time. I am always satisfied with the results.
On my the first cleaning I wasn't completely satisfied so they returned to go over a few areas on my sofa and love seat. Once it dried it still completely clean, I left a message to again but did not receive a reply. Very disappointed with the service this time.
For the second time in a row we had a bad experience. The first time the guys had to come back twice because they didn’t do a good job the first time. We’ve actually used them like 7 or 8 times. This last time was a disaster. They gave us a window of 2-6 pm and they showed up at 5:45, ok. But after waiting for almost 4 hours they told me they didn’t have all the material to complete the job.
