Workmen are efficient and courteous. Paid extra attention to problem area. Since it is late in the day, tomorrow am will tell a better story but I do not expect to be disappointed.
I cannot tell you how disappointed I am. I had scheduled a cleaning a few weeks ago and no one showed up during the window. Today when they showed up I was advised that a room I had just had cleaned earlier in the year was really an area rug (rug stops about 1 inch from the wall) and the quote went from $300 to over $700. It was cheaper for me to throw out the rug and get a new one rather than pay for you to clean it. Now I've stayed home from work TWICE and still don't have a clean rug.
Johnny & Khadijah, the two technicians from Stanley Steemer, arrived at the specified time and were true professionals. I HIGHLY recommend using Stanley Steemer for your next cleaning project. I will have them back again!!!
They were on time and pleasant. I asked about some stains and paint droppings- they said they had some stuff and would try to get them out. I did not see them spend any extra attention to the spots- they applied something from a spray canister to the whole carpet but no extra attention etc. to the spots. So all are still there. I also asked about areas that were indent from furniture and they said they don't do anything about that but i could try a fork. Tough to plan in a 5 hour window. Specific instuctions say that a text will be sent when technicians were on the way. This was not done. This happened twice; the first time resulting in an inconvenient rescheduling and I then asked to be called, and the second time occured even after I confirmed on the same morning that I would get a call. No calls or texts made to me.
SOOO DISAPPOINTED..BARELY 20 MIN TO DO LIVING ROOM AND A BEDROOM..Told not to move the furniture..$155.00-more time to set up and move car.
Scheduling was a breeze. Prompt response at our convenience. Michael and Timothy were so courteous. Helped us with everything and explained the whole process to us. Highly recommend these guys!
