Excellent job! I am very impressed with the two gentlemen who came to clean my carpet! They were customer service-oriented and carefully examined and cleaned spots that my carpet had. There was a bit of a mix-up of the timing of the gentleman arriving, but they made up for that with their extremely careful attention and care to cleaning details, taking care of my furniture, and answering all my questions-- and I always have many questions. I highly recommend Stanley Steamer! Thank you!

Do not waste your money! I had to re do all the carpets with my cheap steam cleaner from a big box store because I could tell they were still dirty after he left. He was in and out of the house so quick there was no way he could’ve cleaned. When I did it myself the water that came up 3 days after they left was absolutely filthy. It was black! I am not sure if they really even did anything for over 500$! I am so upset that I was ripped off and even more upset that all the rugs under the furniture are still dirty because I am ... read more

I received excellent service from Sam Ferguson (not quite sure of the last name). He was courteous, polite, engaging and thorough. He cleaned, my sectional, stairs and living area.
