This really isn't a review but rather a comment. There needs to be more consistency. I see one person was quoted $117.00 for two rooms and a hallway while I was quoted the same price for one room and a hallway. Also, sometimes almost everything is moved and the next time almost nothing. I'd like to know that I'm getting the same service every time I make an appointment.
We have relied on Stanley Steamer to clean our carpets, area rugs, and, occasionally, upholstered furniture for many years. Appointments always seem to be available when we need them, and they have always done a really nice job. We were particularly pleased with the service that Kal provided today - very friendly and very thorough and efficient. While it does not necessarily look "new," our 25-year old carpet looks great, and it smells quite nice, too, no longer like the dog that sleeps on it every night. Yea!

The two men that were here this morning were friendly, professional and thorough. I can not say enough about the outstanding job the did on older carpet.
