Stanley Steamer could improve by using a better cleaning solution. What was used on my carpets didn't get the "traveled" areas clean after 3 passes. I had to go over these areas with my Hoover Upright carpet cleaner to get the job done after the technician left. If I can get the carpet clean then a professional should be able to get the carpets clean. The price was reduced when I called with my concerns but I still had an extra work load added to my day.

RecommendedJosh arrived twenty minutes early which was not convenient. He was not wearing any PPE which was concerning.
I called to have the grout in my tile floor cleaned. I was very specific that it was the 1/8 inch and asked did they have the equipment to clean grout that narrow. They assured me it wasn't a problem. I was also going to have a large area rug cleaned. When the truck got here they only had a 1 inch wide brush for the grout. They said it would be better if they took the area rug into be cleaned because the water from the steam might go through the rug and get the laminate floors wet.
