RecommendedAlex was WONDERFUL! He was polite, kind, experienced, punctual and very easy to talk to. He got all the stains out of our carpet and everything has a faint, pleasant smell. He protected our wooden furniture with covers for the bottom so as not to get wet. We would definitely have him back! Thanks Alex!

RecommendedJames came , By Himself! He was super, very pleasant and efficient, thought we had to help move some heavy furniture which was sitting slightly on the carpet. Though we only had four fairly small area rugs, we felt he should have had another helper as there was no consideration to the customer. James was not at all complaining and was very accommodating and did a fine job
