RecommendedWe have used Stanley Steamers before, but opted for another service due to the nature of our cleaning needs. To our dismay, the other company let us down by not showing up as contracted, no call, no email, so we called Stanley up and they came out as promised and did an amazing job! I have had enough with Stanley Steemer. They were scheduled to come out and do my stone floors and carpet (I let them know ahead of time that I had stone floors). When they arrived the guy had no knowledge of cleaning the stone floors and had no idea that was on the schedule. I talked to the front office and they said they didn't know that either.
