I have used Stanley Steemer in Marietta GA 3 times annually with great success for the past 5 years. On only three occasions have I had services that were not acceptable. Each time after i called to report my dissatisfaction they have responded by sending someone to correct the situation at no additional charge. The service providers are respectful and I haven’t experienced any personal property loss.
