We are not satisfied with the cleaning. We had a couple of spots that Victor, the man who cleaned our carpet on 6/9/2020, told us he was unable to get clean. After he left, we took an over-the-counter carpet cleaner to the areas and were able to get it clean. Very unhappy with the results and would not recommend.

I have used Stanley Steemer for years. I once used another rug cleaner. Bad results. This time SS cleaned my stone floor in my master bath as well as my carpets.. Terrific results. They are my ‘Go To’ company from now on. Service technicians are extremely competent , professional, and friendly.
The gentleman was on time and knowledgeable and fast.
They let me know when they were coming and were on time. When cleaning they went over everything with me and even showed me some problem areas. The best thing is they stuck to what I wanted and didn’t try to up sale me. Carpets look great. Wouldn’t use anyone else.
The representatives from Stanley Cleaners were very prompt and professional. They went over and beyond , I would recommend to anyone! The cost was affordable and my home looks brand new! Thanks Stanley steamers!!!
