Juan was professional and very personal. Very easy to work with and enjoyable to communicate with. Stains are still visible but we are not surprised at that.
The professionalism was outstanding. They called to let me know they were on the way. They arrived on time. They wore booties and mask. They gave us booties to wear to protect the carpet. The carpet looks brand new and I feel safe that all carpets in my home are disinfectant and clean.
