I was extremely satisfied with their work. They were very understanding when I had to schedule the installation on three different dates.
NOT HAPPY AT ALL with the job they did on my laminate. It looks worse than before they started. There is a film on the floor and it is streaked. They were prompt to send someone else out to try and correct it and they were not able to do it. An appointment with the general manager was scheduled but he canceled because of sickness. There is another appointment scheduled for next week. We want our $441 refunded because the floor looks worse than before. It remains to be seen whether they will refund our money. They were very nice. The salesperson did not communicate everything to the service person, so he had to go out and get additional materials. Other than the time delay, the job done is beautiful!
I really like the results of my carpet cleaning. I was happy to see that they arrived sooner than the appointment time window they gave me and to see them take their time going over their tracks so the carpet looked it's absolute best. The two young workers that came to my house were very talk friendly. I always call them for the 2 room special for just $99. It's such a deal.

The two crewmembers you sent to us were very professional. We had major difficulties with the buildings security and they were not upset at all for all the trouble they encountered. My appointment was set between 8 am and 930am. They arrived at 815am ready to go. I had moved most of my furniture before they arrived. But when they got here, they set up right away, made sure they were parked in an appropriate spot, and then took care to protect my home with wall corner protectors, mat covers, etc. They asked me which trouble spots to focus on, asked about any concerns i had before they started cleaning.
