Overall a positive experience, due to a VERY professional rep . They were EXCELLENT. They immediately fixed the damage that had been done and my carpet looks splendid
Two workers showed up on time. They introduced themselves and we did a walk-through to show them the areas to be cleaned. I had to leave for about 1-1/2 hours and when I returned there were four additional workers. One of the new people introduced himself and said he was the supervisor and stopped by to check the quality. I was very impressed with the professionalism of all of the workers. And setting up the job was painless. I would recommend this organization to anyone...and I have recommended them to my sister.

Stanley Steemer to the Rescue! I had spilled some paint on my carpet. They told me to keep it damp so the paint does not dry. They came right away and got it out! So Thankful
I've had work done from them a few times. One of the times it was from Miguel And I was very pleased with his work. He left my carpet and sofas spotless. He also cleaned my cushions which I didnt even think he was going to clean, I was just going to put them in the washer, he saved me time with that! He also left the carpet and sofas pretty much almost dry! Which is a big deal since I have kids running around my house. We have our carpets cleaned every 6 months.. We have 2 dogs... so our carpets are NOT easy to clean. But they always do a great job & the stains are always gone. Employees are professional and arrive on time.
