The service I received was unsatisfactory this time. The first time Stanley cleaned my carpet, which was last year, the guys wore covers for their shoes, the ones who recently cleaned did not. Also, the high traffic areas the recent cleaners claimed would be hard to get out, were cleaned perfectly by the two guys who came out last year. I really didn't expect a half done job. I am sorely disappointed.

Not happy with results. I had placed my order and don't like people that are sent to do the job, high pressuring me into doing additional jobs. They assured me that once they steamed the floors, the pet odor would be gone. It is not, and thinking about it, there is just no way they could have done what they said they were going to do in less than 15 minutes. The carpet cleaning for most of my basement floor was excellent except for one area toward the back wall where I had water damage. When the workers finished the carpet it appeared to be thoroughly cleaned but when it dried, the water stains were visible. I would like for them to come back out to at least clean that area to my satisfaction.

They are full of crap ever time they come to my home there is a problem they sell you these contract and then don't honer what they say it provides. have to argue with them ever time they show up will never buy another contract with them and so should you.

Had my apartment carpet cleaned by Stanley Steamer about 2 weeks ago. They arrived a little ahead of schedule and were done in about an hour. The service technician explained everything clearly and was very polite and respectful. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received and highly recommend Stanley Steamer. The Technicians arrived about 20 minutes early, which was great! They were prompt and didn't make a mess in the house. They also told us how long we could expect the furniture to dry.

I have a pet sitting business and recently had one of my "clients" potty all over my floor, including carpeted areas. I called Stanley Steemer and was able to set up an appointment for the very next day. They came out and listened to my concerns about the troubled areas of my carpet where the dog had marked and were very professional and courteous. 3 years later and I get an email from the new manager offering to make things right and clean our carpets for free. They came out, cleaned the carpets professionally and made good on their word. I'm very impressed that they took the time to contact me and save the good name of Stanley Steemer.

We've never had our air duct and vents cleaned before in our central AC/heater unit.
