The Technicians arrived about 20 minutes early, which was great! They were prompt and didn't make a mess in the house. They also told us how long we could expect the furniture to dry.

I have a pet sitting business and recently had one of my "clients" potty all over my floor, including carpeted areas. I called Stanley Steemer and was able to set up an appointment for the very next day. They came out and listened to my concerns about the troubled areas of my carpet where the dog had marked and were very professional and courteous. 3 years later and I get an email from the new manager offering to make things right and clean our carpets for free. They came out, cleaned the carpets professionally and made good on their word. I'm very impressed that they took the time to contact me and save the good name of Stanley Steemer.

We've never had our air duct and vents cleaned before in our central AC/heater unit. Recently my daughter's nasal allergy has been acting up, especially when the AC is turned on, and that's when we decided to clean the air ducts. Two workers showed up on time. They introduced themselves and we did a walk-through to show them the areas to be cleaned. I had to leave for about 1-1/2 hours and when I returned there were four additional workers. One of the new people introduced himself and said he was the supervisor and stopped by to check the quality. I was very impressed with the professionalism of all of the workers. And setting up the job was painless. I would recommend this organization to anyone...and I have recommended them to my sister.

Stanley Steemer to the Rescue! I had spilled some paint on my carpet. They told me to keep it damp so the paint does not dry. They came right away and got it out! So Thankful

I've had work done from them a few times. One of the times it was from Miguel And I was very pleased with his work. He left my carpet and sofas spotless. He also cleaned my cushions which I didnt even think he was going to clean, I was just going to put them in the washer, he saved me time with that! He also left the carpet and sofas pretty much almost dry! Which is a big deal since I have kids running around my house.
