We recently sold our house in Ann Arbor and were in the process of moving to a newly built condo (also in Ann Arbor). Before the final walk-through with the buyers of our house, we called Stanley Steemer to clean the carpeted stairs and one large room on the lower level of the house. I would never ever ever ever again use this company. Worst customer service ever ! I got my carpets “cleaned” and let me just tell you they were left soaking wet and it looked like nothing had been done. When I questioned the service they told me it would look better when it dried ... nope. I complained through email , left voice mails about me experience and just got repeat emails back saying someone would contact me and they never did. Not good....left a message for Jason Meeker to come back and reclean...if ever cleaned...my Lazy-boy and have NOT heard back from him!!! Will NEVER use Stanley Steemer again!!!
Stanley Steamer came to our house on time. They were Courteous and very efficient they cleaned carpets and furniture. I would definitely ask for these guys again. I had A follow up call that afternoon also. Highly recommend.

I had the living and dining room carpets of my apartment cleaned a week ago.I had not had them cleaned since I moved in 10 years ago! David, the technician arrived and was extremely polite. I showed him some of the worst areas of dirt and spotting and he pre-treated them first. He went to work and gave extra attention to the worst areas. When he was done, my carpet looked like new! I had my carpet cleaned a week ago and it turned out beautifully! It’s 13 years old and light beige and it had not been cleaned for 2 1/2 years and my cleaner was very professional and quick. Very very happy with Stanley Steamer.
