We recently took advantage of the two rooms for $99. The gentlemen who came to clean were just that...gentlemen! They did a great job, had very professional and friendly manners, and treated us respectfully. This was the first time we used Stanley Steemer. We will definitely use them again. I only wish we had the names of the two men, because I would request them again. Clean carpet, no more spots, a great experience all at a great price. We are very impressed and happy!

The work done by your crew was just what our carpets needed. They were efficient and the results were awesome. Thought the carpet would be a little dryer than it actually was but nevertheless it looked way better than before your service.

We had the service of Stanley Steemer in November 2017. The guy was pleasant, he cleaned the carpet in both rooms well, no problem . It took the carpet 1 1/2 days to dry, and they should always wear shoe covers when entering the home. I had to cover the walking areas with throw rugs.

Two days after my carpet was cleaned. The odor I was trying to get rid of returned. I'm sure the technicians didn't clean my living room completely.

Frank Grier, 1404 Paigewood Court Midlothian, VA 23114 We opted for the $99.00 service to clean two bedrooms and a hallway. About a month ago, we had other areas cleaned by SS. The difference in time on task couldn't have been more stark. The previous cleaning took time with pre-spotting and then a meticulous steam cleaning. Both SS employees worked closely with each other and were very careful. This was not the case with our most recent visit. I will never use them again. Horrible service. Carpet was wet for 18 hrs. Then it was not even clean. Left my gate open. Tore down Chistmas decorations in bedroom. Left them on wet carpet. I could of done better with a rental machine. Cost was Over 250.00 and not done at all. Good luck to anyone eho uses them.

I was not happy with their service. They did not get into any corners. I took the time to clean everything off the cabinets and shelves and they did not bother to move the smallest item and put plastic under the item. I would not hire them again to clean my house. To clean 4 rooms and a hallway they were done in less than 30 minutes for $170

I had 5 rooms and a hallway cleaned by Stanley Steemer on 11/21. Once the carpet dried in majority of the the rooms and hallway, the floors was not any cleaner than they were when I started. I was very very disappointed with spending over $240 to get carpet cleaned and it is not clean. Mrs. Frazier, Decatur GA

I was very happy with their service. The gentlemen who came were very thorough. My furniture looks great and for everything they did, I felt the price was reasonable. When calling take advantage of their coupons as it does make a difference. Also, the drying process definitely takes time, so don't expect to have the couch done at 1 and guests at 6.
