We had our carpets cleaned and they came out GREAT! Tom DeLalla and his helper James were professional,pleasant and answered all of our questions.They were very careful moving our furniture and replacing it. Definitely will use their services again when needed and will recommend them to family and friends!
The pros who came were super: polite, friendly, efficient - and to make the exchange perfect, they did a good job. They were on time! They got out the spots that they found! They left the rooms neat even though they had to move furniture around! I'm already a repeat customer. I always recommend Stanley Steemer.
Have used them several times, having a menagerie of 3 cats and two dogs. They are always professional, introducing themselves, respecting my home. They are amazing at getting out stains. Sometimes there may be a shadow of a stain left behind because it is too old to remove. That's life. But the white carpet in my master bedroom looks fantastic.
On time, professional agents, great work. All the stains were gone. Have used and will continue to use their excellent services.
