The staff was very professional and attentive to my needs. The technicians, ARNIE and JAMES, were AWESOME. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with and their customer service was over the top. They stopped at nothing to make sure I was a satisfied customer - extremely courteous and accommodating. Will make it a point to request them again.

Johann and partner, sorry forget his name! were great! I have never had my rugs cleaned and was reassured from the moment they said hello to my dog, Murdok. Even more impressive than my rugs was my stone kitchen floor that I thought was beyond anyone's ability to get it clean. I will be having that done on a regular basis now. Thanks Guys!!
Today, because we were house bound, we decided to redo bedrooms & move furniture, etc. I was so happy & surprised that Stanley Steemer could fit us in and clean our carpeting. The two gentlemen did an excellent & thorough cleaning job and we are thrilled with the results!! And to be able to complete switching the furniture in the am.
Ralph and Tom who showed up exactly on time were knowledgeable, polite, quick and did an awesome job. I recommend Stanley Steemer to everyone who needs their carpets cleaned. ❤️
