They were excellent! Very professional and knowledgeable! They got rid of bad stains. My carpet looks brand new!
I have used Stanley Steemer in the past and been satisfied. A recent visit however was HORRIBLE. This crew was there under an hour and it took forever for the carpet to dry, and once dry, it looked like they'd never been there! I filled out a survey with detailed comments on how dissatisfied I was over a week ago, and no one has bothered to contact me to say they were sorry and ask how they could make it up to me. I WILL NEVER USE STANLEY STEEMER AGAIN!

Stanley Steemer came to my house on Friday. Carpets were a mess. I just moved in and who knows what was on the carpets. After they left, you would think I had new carpets. the stains that i thought would be impossible to get out are all gone. Thank you!
The team did a very good job!! Very satisfied how they were able to remove tough stains from my carpets and stairs!! I highly recommend Stanley Steamer.
