I had some furniture that needed storing for a few months before being moved to a new apartment. Carol helped me get a storage unit of the appropriate size, and worked smoothly with me to terminate my use of the locker when I was able to have the furniture moved. All my furniture arrived in my new place safely and in perfect condition. I would recommend Stanley Self Storage unreservedly to anyone who needs a safe, dry, well maintained place to store valuable items.
My husband and I have been with Vaultra Niagara Falls for 5 years, I can honestly say we wouldn't have one bad thing to say. The staff there are great and always there when needed. The prices are fair and decent. Clean and quiet 100% recommend
I have had a few storage units in and around the area and this one would have to be my best experience. I have dealt with Carol on multiple occasions for little issues that I myself needed dealt with (none that pertained to the unit itself) and she was so quick to help. I would recommend this store unit to anybody if they’re looking for one.
