The one lady is very nice but the other one causes alot of trouble not only with me but with other people as well. She asked me to leave because I was organizing the storage unit. Makes no sense. Because I was there for 6 hours she had a bird. This woman has no respect. At all all these other reviews are AI generated. I checked
I love this place! The units are new, clean, bright and dry. The facility is secure and has 24 hour surveillance.The gals in the office are wonderful and always helpful! The Manager Carol is amazing and extremely knowledgeable with over 20 years in the storage business!! I’ve tried the others and Stanley Storage is my favourite storage facility in Niagara Falls by far!

Absolutely avoid Stanley Self Storage. A leak in their roof caused severe water and mold damage that destroyed almost all of my belongings, resulting in thousands of dollars in losses. This was entirely due to their facility’s poor maintenance. I paid for their mandatory insurance, yet they still refused to properly compensate me. The staff were dishonest and unprofessional—constant runarounds, conflicting stories, and it took weeks just to get return calls about a serious claim. I have had a few storage units in and around the area and this one would have to be my best experience. I have dealt with Carol on multiple occasions for little issues that I myself needed dealt with (none that pertained to the unit itself) and she was so quick to help. I would recommend this store unit to anybody if they’re looking for one.
