I have had a few storage units in and around the area and this one would have to be my best experience. I have dealt with Carol on multiple occasions for little issues that I myself needed dealt with (none that pertained to the unit itself) and she was so quick to help. I would recommend this store unit to anybody if they’re looking for one.
Caroll was absolutely fantastic in giving me the right size of storage space along with an excellent price to rent the unit. Caroll has such a calm and real nice personality for making you feel comfortable with your rental agreement. I highly recommend this storage place as Caroll will be there to look after all your needs with your storage space.
Amazing top notch service. Very easy to deal with super clean units. Super friendly staff members. Super easy to get yourself a unit. Out of all storage in niagara falls, this is the one I recommend.
